ARDA Padel is actively securing new locations across Greater London and strong catchment areas. If you introduce a site that meets our criteria and progresses to a real discussion, we’ll pay you £1,000 per viable lead.

Padel Court Site Criteria

A site must meet all of the following:

  • 12,500 – 30,000 sq ft gross internal area
  • Minimum 7m clear internal height
  • Located in or near Greater London (or strong catchment area)
  • Reasonable change-of-use pathway or already consented for sport/leisure
  • Active landlord or agent contact available to negotiate

What Counts as a “Viable Lead” (For £1,000 Payout)

£1,000 payout when ALL are true:

  • You provide a real unit/site with full address and landlord/agent contact
  • ARDA verifies it meets the size, height, location, and access requirements
  • Landlord or agent confirms availability and willingness to discuss leisure use
  • The site passes an internal desktop planning check (no obvious fatal issues)

No Payout If:

  • The site is already in our pipeline or previously submitted
  • Contact details are fake, inactive, or the landlord won’t consider leisure use
  • The size or ceiling height is materially incorrect
